What's included in the Preventive Maintenance Plan?

The plan includes start-up for your heating and cooling system (AC, Swamp Cooler, Boiler, Furnace), plumbing, electrical, and drain inspections, and 10% off any future services.

How much does a home Preventive Maintenance Plan cost?

It is $250 for an AC unit and $300 for a Swamp Cooler, with an additional $100 for each additional unit.

Is the plan really worth it?

Absolutely. You save on costs for each individual service, potentially on future repairs, and save time from DIY. We also think it's worth the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home systems will work better for longer, and TLC always has your back.

What happens if something still breaks?

If something still breaks, all PMP Members get 10% off.

How often will maintenance be performed?

5 separate service visits: Spring and Fall HVAC Inspection with Start Up and Shut Down, Electrical Inspection, Plumbing Inspection, Sewer Inspection if clean outs are present.

Can I cancel the plan anytime?

The plan can be canceled anytime throughout the year, and a refund will be prorated based on which services have already been used in the plan.

Do I really need maintenance every year?

The quick answer is YES! Most of the equipment in your home calls for annual maintenance by the manufacturer, and if not done, can void the warranty. Not to mention things like plumbing and electrical can change over time, and with annual inspections, we can keep all your electrical connections tight and catch potential clogs and leaks before they occur.

Will this extend the life of my system?

Yes, it should. There are always cases where equipment or issues come out of nowhere, but with maintenance, we do see the life of HVAC systems increase!

What's the difference between this plan and just calling for repairs when something breaks?

When something breaks, it usually does the most damage to your home and could have been prevented beforehand. For example, if your drain backs up and floods your home, you have to take care of the clog and all the damage caused by the flooding. If we can catch the clog before it floods, that is a much cheaper issue to deal with.
