Preventive Maintenance Solutions
Customized Maintenance
Options For Your Home
It never fails unexpected repairs commonly happen after hours or on a weekend. What if you could prepare and prevent those frustrating moments. Just like we do maintenance on our vehicle to prevent unexpected breakdowns and getting stranded you can maintain your heating, cooling, and water heater systems to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Just like a car, a home’s mechanical equipment wears with age. For this reason, it is important to conduct check-ups frequently and consistently. Preventive maintenance for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical equipment is crucial in many ways, and maintenance programs help to ensure that they are checked regularly and efficiently, extending their life and reducing overall repair costs.
Why you should consider preventive maintenance for your home:
Have you ever come home and your furnace wasn’t working on a very cold night? Then spent the rest of your evening trying to get a company to come out for a repair after hours? Instead of spending your evening warm and cozy you were cold and frustrated? Or the opposite, come home to a very hot house after a long day at work wanting to relax, instead, you are trying to get your air conditioner to work or find someone to come to your home in the evening. These types of stories happen every day and we do our best to respond to these issues as quickly as possible. At TLC we can provide valuable maintenance options that will greatly reduce these frustrating situations for our customers. See the options below for your HVAC and water heating systems.
Providing a higher level of service
The PMA program will provide a thorough inspection and cleaning of the customer’s mechanical equipment not typically done on a regular service call. Also, TLC has included parts in the program. See category descriptions described below.
Extend the life of your equipment
While preventative maintenance can help to prevent malfunctions, it can also help to increase the life span of the homeowner’s air conditioner or furnace. Usually, cooling and heating equipment can last approximately 15-20 years of service if maintained properly.
Efficiency
Efficiency in an HVAC system is extremely important first to ensure the system is able to evenly heat and cool a home, and secondly, efficiency impacts your utility costs to run the system.
10% off Service
As a PMA customer, you will be given a 10% discount off all additional work not included in a preventive maintenance agreement.
Keeps manufacturers warranty in good standing
Every major equipment manufacturer includes language in their warranty coverage that explicitly excludes unit damage caused by substandard or lack of maintenance.
Reduce emergency repairs
Routine maintenance allows issues to be detected before they become major problems.
Peace of mind
With so many systems and appliances in a home, there is always something that is broken or just about to break. This is why seasonal maintenance is a good idea not only to ensure your home’s equipment is working properly, but for your well-being and peace of mind.
