Carlos Duran and Kevin worked for more than 5 days to fix a horrible leak in our concrete floor. They had to jack hammer the floor, then use expert plumbing skills to determine the leak location (2 leaks, which were not properly located by a professional leak detection company which Carlos and Kevin found), isolate the line from other adjacent lines to the leak, repair the leaks and finally fill the holes and clean everything up. The project was extremely well done and they were friendly and explained everything. They took care of other plumbing needs as well, and our home was again in excellent shape. Later we called Carlos and scheduled the installation of a new water heater and recirculating pump. It was also a complicated project because of the limited space to remove the old water heater and install the new one, but it was expertly done. After our exemplary service on the leaks, we really wanted them for the water heater project. We highly recommend Carlos and Kevin! We couldn't have had better service. Allen and Caryn

I would like to share what a FANTASTIC experience I had with the entire crew at TLC remodel/demo service! From the expertise in getting the estimate of the entire job by Kyle, Richard & Michael and then the working crew of Ernesto, Jeremiah and Caleb and office manager Annie . . . They were on time, professional, explained and answered all my questions and concerns. The work is exceptional from the smallest detail, they did it RIGHT! I am so very pleased I went with TLC for my remodel/demo job and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you again! I am thrilled with my new space and all the possibilities that come with it! Theresa McKinney I need to publish an additional review today 4/19/2024. Thomas was just here to check an electrical outlet behind my refrigerator. He was professional, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing and showed me the work afterwards. The problem come to find out was not electrical but was my very old refrigerator that finally "died". I can now purchase a new refrigerator and know that the outlet is safe and was not the problem. Thank you!! I recommend and will use TLC for all my plumbing, HVAC, electrical and remodel needs.

Needed the swamp cooler turned on but there were major issues. They took the time to explain the safety issues and why it couldn’t be turned on. They offered to send someone out to go over the options to get the system updated. I am very impressed with the level of customer service. Being from out of state and taking care of things for my grandmother this was a very nice and easy interaction and great attention to detail!

Always a great experience with TLC! I needed a new faucet on my tub and it wasn’t easy as the tub first had to be removed to gain access. Today, Ramon and Maliki arrived on time, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated.

SInce 2016, I have been using TLC. Had my HVAC upgraded, home remodeling, etc. Today, I had Max come out and replace my over the garage light. Being 65, I have no business being up on a ladder. Max did an outstanding job, was friendly, fast, and I am pleased with the results.
