We had a great experience with TLC on a desperately needed hot water tank replacement. From start to finish the folks at TLC did a wonderful job explaining our options, detailing what would be involved, and completing the install in a timely, efficient manner, all at a very reasonable price. Our technician, Zeke, arrived on time, assessed our situation, and clearly and thoroughly explained his plan for the install. He sought our opinion whenever there was an option for how things would be installed. He modified his plans on the fly to ensure we had the best looking, best functioning system possible, within the agreed upon parameters of the job. For example, he swapped out the original replacement tank he'd brought with a taller, thinner one, which fit our space better, and he recommended that we change the location of our swamp cooler's water line. I agreed with the recommendation and he made the change--without adding an additional fee. After the install, Zeke cleaned up the work area well enough that, were it not for the new system, you'd never know anyone was in our garage. He also adjusted his original placement of the swamp cooler's water line so it looked and functioned better. It is clear that Zeke takes pride in his work. Everything is working great and we couldn't be happier with the install. Thank you Zeke and all the TLC crew who helped us out (including Riley and Mike!).

We had TLC out for duct sealing, and WOW, what an incredible service! We’ve been struggling with a room that had almost zero airflow. Our 1980s home used to have a swamp cooler, so our metal ducts were rusty and definitely seeing better days (even though we knew nothing was blocked since we recently had them cleaned). TLC came in and applied a sealant to seal up all those tiny, hidden holes throughout the system. The results blew us away: we went from a massive 53% air leakage down to less than 4%! Once the sealant dried that evening, the difference in airflow was immediate and undeniable. That warm room is finally cool! I know it sounds crazy, but I genuinely cannot wait to see our next utility bill to see the savings! Massive shoutout to Joe and Tae—they were amazing! It’s a meticulous process because they have to carefully seal off every vent before applying the sealant, but their attention to detail paid off big time. The results speak for themselves. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this service to anyone. Thanks so much, guys!

AC install done recently after our old unit stopped working completely, and the service received from start to finish was genuinely excellent. Woke up to find underground pipe leak turning my yard to a marsh. Very friendly on phone, scheduling worker for as soon as possible same day. Was very nice and efficient arrived. Explained possibilities and rough cost estimate from simple to bad case before even stating to dig and helped e get started with looking into financing options for worse case. Turned out to be tree root cracked the pipe, showed me the damaged B pipe and the repair. Made sure everything was working properly and mess cleaned before leaving.

We had TLC replace a 30 year old sink, faucet, and the whole drain/disposal system. Diego and Isaac cheerfully replaced old turnoff valves in a tight space. The sink was a bit wide so they did a great job of shaving internal wood in the cabinet to make it fit. They went over and above to provide an elegant installation. We've always had positive experiences with TLC.
