We’ve had both our swamp cooler and water heater replaced via TLC staff. Service and estimates are quick and staff is always friendly. We did another 30gal Water heater which also required floor support repair as the old one was falling through the floor-which they were able to do. They also moved the swamp cooler supply line to other side of house to be just under the swamp cooler versus going allllll the way across the house. They made future service recommendations which I appreciate. In total, for both repairs and replacements, we’ve paid $11,000 for these two projects.

Eric & Kayne came to my home to find out why I had no hot water. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. The gas valve had gone out. They gave me my options of replacing an expensive part or replacing the water heater. When they told me about a promotion TLC had on replacing the water heater, they made my decision easy and saved me about $1000. They installed my new water heater very quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with their service and TLC Plumbing. I will be using them again and I highly recommend that you do too!

Would highly recommend! I called with a plumbing issue and they were here within a few hours. JD was professional and thorough. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and even explained it all to me so that I better understood what happened and how the septic system works. And the charges were reasonable! Will definitely use them in the future.

Latest review as of March 2. Jesus came out and with his trusty auger unclogged a clog that was behind the wall. Also gave me some welcome tips to help keep the drain clog free in the future. Dec 2025 Have written another review but wanted to add another one to say TLC to the rescue again. Had a leak in my sprinkler system and it was taken care of. :) Thanks to Josh and David for helping out this time. January 2026: Caesar installed a water pressure relief valve, and later Dylan (sp?) replace piping under neath bathroom sink. Good work at a good price.

We were experiencing plumbing issues on Friday night and had to get in contact with TLC. About 20 minutes later, JD H. was on his way. He was friendly and prompt. When he started work, he found out a local internet company had drilled through my main line. He cleared it out and he made sure I had everything I needed to contact the internet company so they’d reimburse me and fix the problem. I’m very grateful for the help JD gave us and will be returning to TLC for any other emergencies!

I had a lot of things go wrong in my home at the same time. I called TLC and everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. My heater stopped working and Kayne was able to get it replaced quickly. I had a lot of questions for him because buying a new heater is a big purchase. He was extremely responsive and put my mind at ease. I really appreciate Kayne and Eric for their HVAC help. Alan and Irving also came out to fix plumbing issues. They were efficient and I haven’t had any issues with my toilets since. Lastly, I worked with Tae who cleaned out my dryer vents. He was very kind and my dryer is running smoothly. I appreciate TLC for helping me with so many issues!
