Ivan and Fred are the best professional duo team you could ever hope to have working in your house. We had a MAJOR plumbing catastrophe as the polybutalane started popping little by little and costing us significantly every time. We decided it was time to bite the bullet and get it replaced entirely. Ivan and Fred from TLC are both professional, knowledgeable, great communicators and highly skilled. Considering the amount of work required we found the entire experience to be very timely. We highly recommend TLC for any of your plumbing issues. Lastly and most importantly was that the cost for this enormous project was very reasonable and fair, we did have 2 other companies provide us with a quote and 1 was $60k more and the other was $20k more plus they wanted us out of the house.

Uh-oh...Every homeowners nightmare. Plumbing issues under the house. AKA "Leaking Pipe". Who you gonna call? No... not "Ghost Busters". LOL My Husband, who just so happens to work in Construction, made a call to TLC right away. Antonio stopped by the next day to assess the situation. He recommended we replace the main water -line with some modern PEX Pipe. My husband and I agreed. We live in a very old house and to prevent future leaks and breakage it was wise to replace that ancient water line with something new and modern. It was a "GO" for launch. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Antonio, Joe and Brenden for doing a most excellent job! Professional, courteous, respectful of property, friendly, and very kind and patient with this old lady who was curious and asked a lot of questions about everything involved with the whole transition. They were finished within just a few hours and even offered to haul off the extra dirt. I recommend TLC to anyone ever in need of Homeowner's Nightmare Fix It problems.

Thomas Rodriguez an electrician of TLC recently replaced the old PVC pipes (a type of plastic made from polyvinyl) that were protecting the electrical wiring outside the house for EMT (electrical metallic tubing). He also replaced two outdoor and two indoor electrical outlets. In addition, he replaced two outdoor wall lights. Thomas is very professional, hard worker, punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the entire process. He was great at answering all my questions before, during and after the job was done. I highly recommend Thomas for your home needs, and I will use his services for my future electrical work. Thank you Thomas, excellent job!

Ryan and Joe were great. Both were polite and communicated clearly what had to be done. We had our HVAC condensate pump replaced after noticing some water accumulation in the basement. Joe, the plumber, assessed the problem was a failed condensation pump and set up a TLC HVAC appointment the next day. Ryan came out and did a great job. Will use TLC again. Highly recommend.

***********************, our HVAC tech was absolutely amazing!! This is the tech you want to show up at your door! **** has been the most professional and courteous person I have interacted with at TLC. We had an AC issue during back to back 100+ degree days. We called on a Monday morning a little after 7 am, we were told someone would be out by 5 pm to address our AC issues. We called around 3:30 pm, just to check if we were still in scope to have a tech out to our house by 5 pm. We were told we were on schedule to have a tech out by 5 and that the techs work until all their assigned service calls are complete. We called the scheduling team again around 5:20 pm to inquire on the status of our service call. We were notified that there was some sort of issue with our service call and that we possibly wouldnt be able to reschedule a visit until Thursday! What a bummer, but understandable due to the high temps and demand for HVAC service/repairs. After a brief hold with the scheduling team, we were notified that TLC would send a tech out ASAP that evening as per the service expectations set that morning during our initial call for service. Within two minutes **** called! **** was willing to come out that evening and at least diagnose the issues. However, we felt bad that our service request was given to him so late in the evening. **** was able to get us scheduled first thing Tuesday morning. That was a huge relief to our family. **** showed up right on time with a smile and the best attitude. **** was so helpful and very informative. He took the extra time to explain to us what the issue was and made sure we understood. 5 Star rating is completely based on the friendly service that **** provided! TLC needs more folks like ***********************! Thanks again, ****!

AC was rattling and becoming progressively louder over time. **** from TLC diagnosed the problem as a loose motor mounting bolt and a loose AC housing nut. He resolved the issues and dropped the decibel level about 15 points. Well done ****.

TLC technician Ryan came out on a Sunday evening to save our family’s HVAC system when it went out! I am forever grateful that TLC has emergency services available over the weekend because our family and pets have medical conditions that become complicated in the heat so time was of the essence.
