We had Michael Simms shut down our radiant heat and turn on our AC . We had a few additional questions on if we could install an air purifier, reduce noise, etc. He thoroughly examined the units and made very knowledgeable recommendations of which we are following. He is truly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and easy to work with. He is our "go-to" guy for sure. In the past he had serviced another house for us and helped us find equipment that we were unable to find otherwise. He hand delivered it. He is very responsive and not looking to charge you unfairly. Definitely highly recommend him and TLC! We continue to be happy with the service TLC has offered us since we switched over from another local competitor. Thank you Michael and TLC!

Toni B. was awesome! He showed up to a commercial property I manage very quickly for an urgent matter for a clogged toilet. He had it taken care of and cleaned up in no time. I recently signed up for TLC’s Maintenance contract, which includes two free inspections a year. Ramon just completed the first inspection for my air-conditioning unit. He also checked my heating unit and replaced the filter. His inspections were very thorough. He explained everything he was checking as well as the results and answered all my questions Ramon is very professional and very personable. I will definitely request that Ramon returns in the fall for the next inspection. The price of the annual contract is well worth it for the quality of the work performed and the peace of mind it provides. And there was no charge for today’s services!

We had to have our dryer vent replaced on our roof. In NM some are vented up through the roof. Our Tech was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and fast! We would definitely hire them again. We are getting a quote for electrical soon! I had no idea they did all of that. I thought they were just Plumbing!

Carlos G. Came to clear out a washrag I accidentally flushed down the toilet that backed up our drains. He ended up having to pull the toilet to get it. He was very courteous and friendly. I appreciated the prompt and professional service. Dumb, reasonablymistake, however the toilet actually works better now. Overall, TLC has done a lot of work for us in our older home and it always has been a good experience.
