We have used TLC for years and have always appreciated the quality of their staff, but we were especially impressed with Riley O'Neal. He was highly knowledgeable and professional. He explained our current system and available options thoroughly, providing clear information and answering all of our questions. He went above and beyond to provide excellent explanations and service including noticing a panel that had blown off our evaporative cooler and getting on the roof to fix it and put on our cover. Additionally, he was personable and very respectful throughout his visit.
