Joe/TLC plumber installed the plumbing when I converted my guest bathroom from a tub to a shower. He explained exactly what he was doing & consulted with me whenever there was a concern or change in plans. He was always pleasant and cleaned up after himself. He is trustworthy and a joy to work with. I highly recommend him!

We had a bad leak..seeping underneath the floorboards. Macey Griego arrived when he said he would. Having no crawl spaces no other way to find the leak without cutting out the wall. Finding the leak he also found mold. He cut up to the ceiling to find a lot of mold. He cut to see if the mold had grown anywhere else near the vicinity of the leak....no! Mind you during this time he had to get new tubing, get it in place, passed on the phone # for restoration (getting rid of the mold), he started gathering his tools. Then cleaning up, then asked me where my mop was !!!! He mopped the floor. The two hours he was there his disposition never changed. Friendly all the while being totally professional. Very, very impressed.

Am writing with another positive review of TLC. This five star rating is for plumber Judocus G. He came out to address a Gas Co of NM red tag on my tankless water heater due to a leaking flex line. Judocus explained the path to resolution and then provided a reasonable bid. Completed the work quickly and professionally. Appreciated his friendliness, courtesy and professionalism.

This is an edit to my original review. It seems as though I may have just had a bad technician. The 3 people that I talked to were great. I am not great with names but I believe it was Cheryl, I don't remember the 2nd person's name but I think it starts with a K and the technician I think is Mike. My evaporative cooler got taken care of and is running better than ever. I left off a star for the initial trouble but hopefully that will change when they come and shut everything down for the season What an absolutely terrible company to work with, technician came out and said they could fix my swamp cooler base and get it started up for the season. They never called me back. I called three times before I was able to get somebody to call back. They're trying to tell me I need a new swamp cooler now.

Great service! Xander was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process before he started. No questions or guessing what they are doing! If you need your ducts cleaned this should be the first (and only) choice you should consider. Side note. He showed the video of of the duct cleaning, which was really cool of him.

Last spring we had the unpleasant experience of our sewer system backing up into our bathtub. After having a different company rotor out our sewer line (twice) and provide a grainy scope of the line out to our sidewalk we began to seek quotes for installing clean outs and replacing our sewer line under our front yard. We got some crazy quotes from 3 competing companies based on assumptions about what must be wrong. Then we called TLC and Austin Kilgore offered to provide a high resolution scope of our sewer line in both directions (under the house and out past our sidewalk). No charge after we hired them to install cleanouts at a competitive price. From this we could see that we didn't need to replace the sewer lines under the house (one company claimed we did) and that we had a variety of sewer line pipe materials in our front yard, including orangeburg. He gave us a competitive quote for trenchless replacement of the sewer line. We decided to have the water main replaced at the same time due to the age of our home and the savings compared to two separate jobs. The job was completed in two days and our landscaping survived intact. It's been almost a year and no problems with our sewer or water systems. The crew was very competent and polite. No complaints whatsoever.

Refrigerated air conversion and new water heater. Lawrence and Steve arrived promptly and worked quickly. New water heater and furnace were in and operated day 1. AC unit was hooked up day 2. Had to wait on PNM for wiring the new circuit and upgrading the electrical panel but, Mike pounded that out in one day. Excellent work and very professional; I should have made the switch 5 years ago.

I called in and got same day service. I had Ryan Clark come to my home, he was kind respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. My kids AC wasn’t working properly, and he figured out the problem and got it fixed. He also serviced my units for the season. I am so glad my kids won’t be too hot in their rooms anymore!
