I called TLC on a Sunday for an emergency visit because my bathroom faucet was malfunctioning and leaking water. I couldn’t turn off the water under the sink because the turn off knobs were frozen. Judocus was the technician that came to repair my plumbing. He was amazing and so professional. While he was replacing the shut off values I went to Lowe’s to buy a new bathroom faucet that he installed for me. TLC is so lucky to have Judocus on their staff. He was absolutely wonderful. I can honestly say I will definitely use TLC for my plumbing needs. It was Judocus that made me a TLC fan. Thank you Judocus. The emergency fee was well worth it.

Josh was great! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He instantly diagnosed the problem with my water heater and carefully explained the nature of the problem to me as well as what he needed to do to fix the leak and what it would cost. After the repair was completed, he double checked that everything was functioning properly. Although I am not happy to have this problem occur right before Christmas, the quick and through repair Josh performed - at a reasonable price - made this unfortunate occurrence much more palatable.

Michael Simms was my technician and treated my problem like it was his own house. This guy went above and beyond. Gave me his cell number and told me to call him if anything happens after he serviced my heater. Well, my heater turned out to be very problematic but he did not stop communicating with me until it was fixed. Guy isn’t just a good technician but a nice person. Lawrence arrived on time, assessed the issue correctly (sadly I agreed the water heater needed to be replaced - and to be in code required a thermal expansion tank), installed new plumbing (existing showed corrosion), a drip pan and leak/water sensor system (didn’t exist prior, needed). A 3 hour turn-around time. Professional and personable. Recommended.

We had tree roots growing under the floor affecting 2 toilets. After a camera showed extensive damage, Zach explained in detail what the repair would entail. The floor was jack hammered and the pipes were repaired in 2 days. A solution was found so they did not have to rip up the floor in the other bathroom. Jesus , Zach and a few more team members did a fantastic job. They removed tiles along a grout line and poured a concrete subfloor in such a way that replacing new tiles was fairly easy. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Thank you guys!

The TLC associate resolved an issue with a leak in the connector for my irrigation system. He did a great job. He was professional, called to let me know the arrival time, so I could secure my dog, and explained what was needed. I've had their services before, and the TLC team members were consistently knowledgeable and wonderful.

While performing a routine check of our heater, a great tech, whose name we can't remember, diagnosed a problem we were having with one of our heaters. He did not have the required component to fix it, so he scheduled another visit. That visit brought Cody Mansfield, who installed the part, tested it and then made sure the part and our thermostat were in sync. We have used TLC for 25 years, and have never been disappointed with the help they've provided. AND THEY REALLY DO ANSWER THE PHONE. And the real, live person who answers is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
