If the was an issue or question the TLC family was quick to respond and I never felt stupid. I had a huge back up in my sewer line and I tried a different company because TLC was slammed with work and couldn’t get to us immediately…..Big Mistake!……..Thankfully TLC sent out Julian and he figured out what was wrong quickly. With the help and support from his colleague Alan they rebuilt my sewer lines with the installation of modern clean outs and a new one way check valve to protect our basement from flooding in the event of another back up. These two guys did an AMAZING job. I’m really thankful that TLC has such professional and experienced technicians that really know what they are doing. The most impressive part is how young they are. Definitely experienced beyond their young age for sure. Highly recommend you ask for them if you have a sewer issue. Great job guys HIGHLY recommend!!

Had TLC come out to clear my dryer vent. Alexander was amazing. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was so awesome and friendly and got right to work. Our dryer vent is kind of weird but he got it cleared out very quickly! So happy we went with TLC for this service. Also had a weird thing happen with the work order confirmation email but I called TLC and someone helped clear things up for me and made sure I was still on the books today. I can’t remember her name but she was so nice and helpful.
