Mr Clark was prompt and very courteous. He got my hot water heater on and running. He also explained the error code that showed for several minutes, and what to do if the water heater quit again or the error code came on again. TLC. Is always professional and reliable. More so than several other companies I’ve had the misfortune to work with.

Lawrence was very helpful. Just called for a basic AC inspection. I was pleased with the service, but the price was pretty steep. 180 out the door to basically have someone come by and say everything looks fine.

I had a fairly simple issue (replacing shower cartridge) that turned disastrous when I tried to fix it myself without proper tools. Macey Griego from TLC Plumbing came and gave me clear expectations, laying out risks and options. This was an unconventional job because some parts had been broken off but thanks to his quick thinking, I avoided a much more invasive and expensive alternative. Macey was professional and courteous throughout and I really felt like he genuinely wanted the best outcome for me.

Judocus Gotis "Joe" provided service for our water pressure & a leak. The leak required Joe to dig about 4 feet down to find the leak in the PVC pipe. It took quite a while but Joe persevered until it was fixed. Plus he fixed the water pressure in our shower right away. We are thankful for Joe's professionalism and service with a simle.

AMAZING. I have been working with TLC for 5 years, whenever I need something, they are here quickly and take care of my home super efficiently. Mario came today to replace my water spikets and fix a leaky faucet. Very affordable compared to other plumbing companies in town. A big shout out and thank you to Joe Goris at TLC!!! He has done several large plumbing jobs for us around the house in the past 6 months to include 3 tub installs and plumbing, 2 shower connections, drain hook ups, installed countertop faucets and drains, remove old water softener and installed new shut off valve inside the house. Joe is prompt, 100% professional, friendly and fun, excellent work ethic and a straight shooter for plumbing info and recommendations. Joe and TLC are my go-to plumbers! I tried smaller outfits in the past but none come close to this level of quality and customer service. Highly highly recommended!!!!

Isaac Abeyta and his partner performed admirably during the changeover of our dead water heater to a new thankless heater. They obviously take geart pride in their work and their craftsmanship was excellent. We had called TLC on Wednesday morning, March 12th. Isaac came out that morning to survey the situation and prepared an estimate. He and his partner were out the next morning by 9:15am and the installation was completed by 6pm. 4/18/2025 –– And now: another 5-star review for TLC's team of Ryan and Andres, who, in the most professional and personable way, assessed an issue with our aging kitchen sink drain; they provided us with advice and suggested options to extend the life of the cast iron line. We are always pleased with the work of TLC. When a plumbing catastrophe occurred in our kitchen the other night, we turned to TLC Plumbing for the first time. We are fairly new home owners in Albuquerque, and have had some expensive and less-than-satisfactory experiences with other plumbing contractors. We hit the jackpot when TLC sent Rick L. to assess the situation and make the necessary repairs. Rick was exemplary in his skills and workmanship, working most of a day to remedy a complicated situation; his demeanor is kind and professional. We will request him for all future needs, and are relieved to have discovered TLC Plumbing.
