Cesar Morales inspected the plumbing and pipes in my home. His work was professional; it was obvious that he knew what he was doing from experience in the business. I trusted his assessment and ended up doing the work that he recommended. I was contemplating a new hot water heater, but after he flushed it and looking at the anoid rod, it was clear that the hot water heater would last another couple of years. I appreciated his honest assessment of the heater and his recommendation to wait on a new one. Ceasar arrived on time, worked steadily, ahd completed all work in a timely and skilled manner. He was polite and courteous. I highly recommend TLC. They have well trained professional plumbers and their prices are competitive and fair.

TLC responded within an hour to my call for assistance. Purpose of the visit was to clear backed up drains. Frank S. was courteous, professional and competent. He thoroughly cleared clogs from the main sewer line and advised that I might have tree root intrusions, and that he would discuss with supervisor for any further action needed.

I have had to have a lot of plumbing repair done this year, and have used TLC for all of it. All of the workers who have come have had respect for me, and for my property. They explain everything they do, as well as letting me know when there are other problems. There is never any pressure to do anything. Just informing you and what might need to be done, and how high the urgency is. One of the best things for me is that I can communicate with the plumber directly - like a personal plumber - to schedule things. They always respond remarkably quick and with a happy to help attitude. It makes for a great working relationship because you can have the same person come each time and develop trust and rapport with them.

Great experience with TLC entirely because of Lawrence Sanchez. Lawrence arrived on time and was incredibly professional and kind. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our tankless water heater, coordinated with the manufacturer to order parts that were under warranty and the parts arrived when promised. Even after a minor miscommunication with the instal after the part came in (not his fault) he went out of his way to get us on the schedule for the same day and stayed well after hours to make sure the job was completed. Could not speak higher on his service, professionalism, and hard work! Thank you Lawrence and TLC for a great experience!!

Shout Out to TLC Plumbing and Utility, and their amazing Service Member Paul! After almost a week without hot water, while our funds were tied up in a swamp cooler that almost burned our house down! This was a nightmare with a Special Needs Teen, with sensory issues. TLC were able to come out, with only 2 hours before they closed, On a Friday, from Alb. and what we had hoped was a replacement thermostat turned out to be the entire water heater! ( from 2011) He was SO professional, and the company worked with us in ways that I could not even believe! We installed a safe, new water heater, removed the poor previous installation, and fixed it properly (with lovely Sauder lines!). AND he was great with our cats, including my Teen's Therapy cat, making sure they did not get outside, and was very mindful of them and where they were, and very nice to my kiddo! He also cleaned everything up, took the old heater, and all his trash!!! I know where we will be going for anything plumbing or electrical needs! ( and goodness knows this older house needs some updates!) TLC has made lifetime clients! And I will ALWAYS recommend them! Amazing service, professional, and Very Helpful when they did not need to be! This kind of service is rare nowadays, but for my family, the entire experience turned a nightmare, into a wonderful ( and clean) Day!

I had 2 other companies out to try to solve my air conditioning problem. They were unable to do anything. Mike and Luis from TLC immediately suspected the direction of the vents. After turning them around, I could feel an immediate improvement. These two gentlemen are very very good. I am extremely happy with their work!!!

We needed a gas valve connected to the gas line to our clothes dryer. Josh from TLC explained what needed to be done and what he was going to do. He and his assistant not only performed the work, they went above and beyond by making the line more secure and cleaning up afterwards. Very courteous and kind also. Excellent work!!

Had a bit of an emergency. Jared came and looked at our hookup. It required special parts, but he put a temporary cap so we could have water over the holiday weekend. I was so impressed with his knowledge; I felt so incredibly taken care of. Then, just like he promised, Jared came to fix the problem with an additional plumber, Desi. They were super nice and professional. They gave me the information I needed. TLC, thank you for sending Jared and Desi to take such good care of us! We'll never call another plumber ever again.

Macey G. came out for an emergency plumbing repair late Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. We discovered the hose to the refrigerator was leaking, and the valve was seized. We wanted the box , the valve, and the hose to the refrigerator replaced. Macey communicated well with us about his arrival time, and he came prepared with all the parts, etc. that were needed. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he worked steadily and skillfully to make the repair. He tested everything thoroughly, and he went above and beyond in cleaning up afterward. He was professional, polite, and a good communicator. We were so grateful to have the repair done, and grateful to have a skillful plumber like Macey to do the job for us. TLC is pricey, but in our many experiences, it has always been worth it to us to have the job done right.

We woke up to no hot water and very minimal cold water inside our home, could not figure out what the problem was so we called the amazing team at TLC. They immediately sent two technicians out, Joe Goris and Roman Martinez, who quickly diagnosed the problem- our water softener imploded due to extreme high PSI- and they were able to get a new system in place and water back up and pumping throughout our home in just a few hours. Both Joe and Roman kept us informed each step during the fix. They are both wonderful assets to TLC, and we highly recommend them.
