TLC is awesome! I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade because I can always count on them for reliable repairs and upgrades around my home. They keep detailed maintenance records for every job, so they always know what’s been done if future work is needed — a level of organization I really appreciate. Recently, Hunter and Nick came by to inspect and “button up” my new air conditioner (installed in April). They also checked my furnace to ensure it was running efficiently, verified there were no carbon monoxide issues, and replaced the filter — making sure everything was ready for the winter months. I had a leak in a sprinkler turn on. Jared and Desi from TLC arrived to tackle it. I had just purchased the house and did not even know where the water cutoff was. These professionals figured everything out right away and began digging down through 20 inches of rock and packed granite shards. They needed to put in a new metal valve and somehow connect it to pvc. They created something resembling a pipe sculpture, quite a work of art. Several times they sang along with songs playing from their phone. They were not Jussi Bjorling and Robert Merrill singing the duet from the opera The Pearl Fishers but they were pretty good. Their plumbing teamwork was even better than their duet. Singing technicians suggest guys who are happy and good at doing what they do and that is the kind of people you want working on your home.

Kayne was excellent. He checked our evaporative cooler, and shut it down for the winter. Then he inspected, did routine maintenance on the central heater, and got it turned on. Accolades to Zach R., plumbing professional at TLC! It was Friday night about 8 pm that our sewer clogged up with a full house of overnight guests. I called around looking for anyone that could help a.s.a.p. My best response was TLC who took my call and connected me with their dispatch. Dispatch took my information and promised a technician would call me in the morning. Zach called me back as promised and learned my situation which would require their jet blast equipment to clear the drain but was in use at another site. Zach connected with the tech using the jet blast to coordinate its use at my house. He arrived at 5pm as promised, and the drain was cleared within an hour. He was respectful for our landscaping (the jet blast is a trailered piece of equipment) and cleaned up the site. He also recommended a free sewer camera inspection to ensure the sewer line is clear. It doesn't get better than that! I can strongly recommend TLC to make themselves available and help you recover your life's schedule.
