Macey and Chris called to let me know when they would arrive. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They also let me know that the problem could lie in the valve, not the cartridge, and that would be more labor intensive and costly. They procured the part, fixed the problem and left the work site clean. Macey also reminded me of maintainable that may be needed on the water softener and the water heater to keep them running well. Overall, pleasant, competent guys who completed the work during the morning window promised.

We had the unfortunate experience of having both heaters in our home stop working just as it was starting to freeze! Levi came out and helped us out with both in a super timely manner. He called to give us a heads up on timing, was super informative about what was going wrong, how to prevent it in the future, and how the new systems worked. He didn’t try to upsell us a bunch of stuff and was very transparent about the costs and needs behind each fix. He was also really chill about my anxious dogs and allowing me to work with them while he worked on the heaters, he wasn’t bothered at all by their nervousness which means a lot to me! This is the third time we’ve hired TLC and they’re worth every penny. Thanks Levi!!
