While performing a routine check of our heater, a great tech, whose name we can't remember, diagnosed a problem we were having with one of our heaters. He did not have the required component to fix it, so he scheduled another visit. That visit brought Cody Mansfield, who installed the part, tested it and then made sure the part and our thermostat were in sync. We have used TLC for 25 years, and have never been disappointed with the help they've provided. AND THEY REALLY DO ANSWER THE PHONE. And the real, live person who answers is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Macey and Chris called to let me know when they would arrive. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They also let me know that the problem could lie in the valve, not the cartridge, and that would be more labor intensive and costly. They procured the part, fixed the problem and left the work site clean. Macey also reminded me of maintainable that may be needed on the water softener and the water heater to keep them running well. Overall, pleasant, competent guys who completed the work during the morning window promised.

Their staff is friendly and accommodating, pricing is more than competitive and I have never had any issues for warranty. Prior to choosing TLC for my needs, I met and got pricing from competitors and decided to go with TLC for their long-standing reputation and business longevity. Their pricing was better than the rest and they had no issues walking me through the diagnostic process and didn’t pressure me into replacing the entire HVAC setup like the others did. They’re timely in their scheduling and have saved our day many times. Most recently, Zeke and his assistant moved a previously purchased water softener unit to my new home. Been a TLC customer for over 20years. I recently moved and the new place didn’t have a water softener, also the tankless water heater started acting up. I got a quote and **** gave me a very great deal knowing I was going to continue to rely on TLC at my new house. **** came and installed both with no issues.
