Albuquerque Business First awards TLC the #1 best place to work in New Mexico at the Annual Best Places to Work Event
On August 19th, 2021, Albuquerque Business First held their annual Best Places To Work Event. Each year the publication asks for nominations for businesses to participate in the Best Places To Work Survey. Once a company is nominated it then participates in an independent survey by Quantum. Employees are asked to complete surveys anonymously and Quantum compiles all the scores and ratings. Companies are grouped by size and rated in each category. The results are kept confidential until the winners are announced at the annual event.
TLC is honored to be among our peers in the X-Large Business Category which includes all companies that were surveyed with more 200 employees. It was a pleasure to be in the top ten results among so many other great companies. At the event TLC was announced as the #1 Company in the X-Large Business Category. This means so much to our company because it comes directly from our employees who are so essential to our business. Our purpose has always been to improve the quality of lives for our employees and the community as a whole. During this last year and half that has caused so much uncertainty we focused on that purpose and taking care of our customers. We adapted to support our employees’ needs during the pandemic, helping our employees’ families with remote schooling and childcare.
