If I could give this company ten stars I would! We called to get a quote on a new swamp cooler. Richard arrived right on time, advised us on the best replacement for our house, (A Convair Swamp cooler). We thought that like most companies it would be a week or so before they could install it. Nope- within a few hours Randall and the crew were here and removed the old one, installed the new one, in an hour and a half! Every one of their crew was professional, and very courteous. Best plumbing experience ever! Update in 2026. We have a maintenance contract with TLC and get continuous excellent service! Today theydid our Spring start up and replaced an outdoor hose bib. Showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Still would give ten stars if I could!

Dominic Chavez!!! Ask for this gentleman by name. The knowledge, professionalism and expertise far exceeded my expectations, which is always high for TLC. Being a former military member you look for above and beyond and beyond the standard and this gentleman absolutely represents going beyond the standard. Every question I asked he had an immediate answer. Didn’t have to check back didn’t have to look it up. He knew right then and there. If you need maintenance or are you having an emergency there’s a couple things you have do. 1. You need to have TLC’s number on speed dial 2. Ask for Dominic Chavez. 3. Half full confidence the job is gonna get done done right more than what you expect

I had an excellent experience with Jared Pacheco from TLC company today. His job was replace supply cut-off valves for my washer and replace on all the compression stops under the faucet all over the house. It took a bit over two hours, and I was really impressed by his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. He explained how the plumbing works certain situations and gave me great tips on maintenance which is very extra service. Super professional and of course, knowledgeable plumber and one of the guy from TLC. I highly recommend.

TLC set up my swamp cooler for the upcoming summer. I showed the tech where everything was that he needed when he arrived, he set to work and didn't need me again until everything was done. I didn't notice how long it took but it was a very reasonable amount of time. Everything is working as it should, there were no unexpected charges outside of what I was quoted, I'm very happy with the service I was provided.
