I would like to share what a FANTASTIC experience I had with the entire crew at TLC remodel/demo service! From the expertise in getting the estimate of the entire job by Kyle, Richard & Michael and then the working crew of Ernesto, Jeremiah and Caleb and office manager Annie . . . They were on time, professional, explained and answered all my questions and concerns. The work is exceptional from the smallest detail, they did it RIGHT! I am so very pleased I went with TLC for my remodel/demo job and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you again! I am thrilled with my new space and all the possibilities that come with it! Theresa McKinney I need to publish an additional review today 4/19/2024. Thomas was just here to check an electrical outlet behind my refrigerator. He was professional, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing and showed me the work afterwards. The problem come to find out was not electrical but was my very old refrigerator that finally "died". I can now purchase a new refrigerator and know that the outlet is safe and was not the problem. Thank you!! I recommend and will use TLC for all my plumbing, HVAC, electrical and remodel needs. 8/23/2025 need to add another AWESOME review for TLC and technician Ruben Montelongo Jr. I had a leak in my furnace/water heater closet and thought it was coming from the ceiling. Come to find out it was the water heater expansion tank and Ruben was able to diagnose and complete the replacement/repairs in no time. Very professional, thorough in his work and in explaining the process. Thank you!

Come to find out it was the water heater expansion tank and ***** was able to diagnose and complete the replacement/repairs in no time. TLC has always taken good care of us. We live in an older home, so our our kitchen/laundry sinks tend to get backed up occasionally. Every time we've called TLC the technicians have been prompt, courteous, and efficient. They've never left a mess and I always feel I am "getting my money's worth", especially knowing that their work is warrantied. As the years have gone by we have also used TLC for a water heater replacement, evaporative cooling repair and most recently a small leak. Zeke T. was our technician this time and since the repair only took a few minutes he was happy to walk me through the "whys" and "how" of the work he was doing, which I aways find helpful; he informed me of other services and courtesies TLC offers like an annual preventative inspection membership and even the Veteran discount that we qualify for but had never known about! He had extensive knowledge on future projects I want to have done in my home (water softening system) and left me with key information for use in my own research. Zeke joked at how he had just given me the "grand sales pitch" but not once did I feel pressured or pushed in to anything, it was simply a sharing of info. So, all that being said, I would recommend TLC for those pesky unexpected maintenance issues and I highly recommend asking for Zeke if you can!

Toni B. came out to repair our toilet and gave us great advice. We ended up buying a new one and asked him to come install it. He was friendly and professional. Barely here an hour and did everything including taking our our old commode. Really comfortable experience. I’m almost hoping we have more issues so we can see him again. lol

I had a fairly simple issue (replacing shower cartridge) that turned disastrous when I tried to fix it myself without proper tools. Macey Griego from TLC Plumbing came and gave me clear expectations, laying out risks and options. This was an unconventional job because some parts had been broken off but thanks to his quic8k thinking, I avoided a much more invasive and expensive alternative. Macey was professional and courteous throughout and I really felt like he genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. Edit: Adding Isaac Abeyta to the list. Different issue, different tech, same reliable service.

TLC replaced a furnace and A/C unit for me recently and it was an exceptional experience. They were professional, courteous, fast, hard working and left no trace when they were gone. After a really bad experience with Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, I've had TLC now replace 2 systems for me and had a great experience both times. The estimator, Riley and the install team, Kayne, Erik, Ricky, Brandon, Joseph and Uriel were all amazing and I highly recommend them! They were more than willing to explain what they were doing and why, as well as give me options and recommendations. There were no high pressure sales pitches and they solved some tough problems with an old house.

We had to call for emergency service. Cody came out a few hours after I called and had us up and running in less than 2 minutes! He explained what the issue was, checked for obstructions and was done in like 15 minutes. I've had to have TLC come out 3 times now as an emergency and they've come through every single time. ******** figured out issue in 5 minutes and fixed it. He was prompt and nice and a true expert at his job. *** got someone out here within 2 hours of us calling them which is wonderful in this day and age. Excellent customer service all the way around. It was expensive however.
