Contest Rules:
Eligibility & Limitations:
- Must be a homeowner over 18 years old.
- Must reside in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho City Limits.
- Installation requires adding an additional faucet at our kitchen sink. Standard installation is included in the prize package.
- If you have marble or granite countertops, there will be an additional charge for drilling for the reverse osmosis faucet.
Contest Period:
The contest begins on September 1, 2023 and ends on September 30, 2023. Entries that are submitted after the contest period will be disqualified.
How to Enter:
Homeowners can submit up to 5 entries during the contest period.
Prize Drawing:
On or about October 5, 2023, TLC will select a potential winner from all eligible entries received. TLC will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about October 5, 2023. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact them, TLC may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining non-winning eligible entries.
Restrictions:
TLC will conduct a site visit of the potential winner's home to ensure that the installation can be completed and the home meets the requirements for installation.
If the winner doesn't meet the eligibility requirements above, they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to TLC Plumbing's privacy policy. Information will not be sold to any third-party entities and will remain with TLC. Entrants agree to receive promotional/informational info from TLC Plumbing; however, the user can unsubscribe from any emails at any time.
Agreement of Official Rules:
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of TLC Plumbing, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements.
