TLC’s Utility Division has a team of the most experienced and multi-skilled personnel familiar with all City, County, State and Federal codes and specifications.  TLC is licensed and bonded to perform sewer and water taps in public right of way for the City, County and State.  TLC Utility Division is capable of design-build and value engineering sewer, water and storm systems with emphasis on efficiency and budget constraints.

TLC Utility Division is knowledgeable and capable of installing any type of storm system.  From 4” to 84”, TLC has installed the following pipe:
  • RCP- Reinforce Concrete Pipe
  • HDPE- High Density Polyethylene
  • CMP- Corrugate Metal Pipe
  • SDR 35- Poly Vinyl Chloride
The Utility Division is also experienced in installing the following accessories for storm systems:

TLC Utility Division has installed and worked with every type of water system from 1” to 24”.  From water line repairs to water line taps, TLC has worked with and installed the following pipe:
  • CCP- Concrete Cylinder Main
  • D.I.- Ductile Iron Pipe
  • A.C.- Asbestos Concrete Pipe
  • PVC- Poly Vinyl Chloride, C-900, DR18
The Utility Division has great experience in installing the following accessories for water systems:

The Utility Division is familiar with the installation of joint restraints and concrete thrust blocking.  The Utility Division has also had great success with passing hydrostatic testing and potabilities.
