TLC is licensed and bonded to perform all types of treatment plant work. Our geographic area includes the entire State of New Mexico. We have the skills and resources to self-perform up to 60% of the work on all types of treatment plants. We also have expertise in value engineering to aid the plant owners to work within their set budgets.
