TLC’s Earthwork Division has the experience and knowledge in completing any project. TLC’s Earthwork Division understands the importance of completing the earthwork in a timely manner so that other contractors can start the building process for your project. TLC’s Earthwork Division is familiar with all the City of Albuquerque’s environmental codes and regulations and has an outstanding record in dust control. TLC is also familiar with and complies with the standard SWPP guidelines.
Paving Division
TLC’s Paving Division is capable of handling any of today’s complex projects. Whether it’s a new subdivision or a small commercial project, our estimating and aggressive project management ensures that your project is “on time” and “on budget”. TLC’s Paving Division is familiar with all City, County, State and Federal codes and specifications. TLC is licensed and bonded to do all paving work in the public right of way for the City, County and State.
